Production Supervisor 1st Shift Location: Fredericksburg, PA Salary: $55,000$70,000 per year Schedule: First shift, full-time Openings: Two We are hiring two experienced Production Supervisors to lead first-shift food-processing operations. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in poultry, meat, seafood, dairy, refrigerated foods, or another high-volume food-production environment. Poultry or protein-processing experience is strongly preferred. Each Production Supervisor will lead approximately 30 to 40 employees, including line leads, and will be responsible for safety, staffing, production output, quality, food safety, and employee performance.
