Requirements:
Graduate of Engineering, Sciences or any related course.
• At least two (2) years related work experience in Production Supervision and Production management gained from manufacturing firms
• Proficient in MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programs e.g., SAP, INFORLN, etc., Leadership Skills, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement Skills, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality, and safety standards are met
• Assign workloads, prepare daily schedules, and coach/train employees on production processes, and machine operations
• Monitor production progress and prepare reports including Daily Accomplishment Reports, Planned vs. Actual Manhours, Production Planning Reports, and Incident and Non-Conformance Reports
