Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering

• With at least 5 years of experience

• Experience in Production Capacity Planning, Progress Monitoring and Recovery

Planning

• Have experience in Implementation of improvement acitivity / Small project activity

• Must have experience in manpower planning and management

• Knowledgeable in Basic/New QC tools

• Knowledgeable in Excel Macro and SAP

• Willing to be assigned in Brother Industries (Philippines), Inc, Tanauan, Batangas
