Production Section Head

Responsibilities

Oversee all functions of the Production Operation, ensuring alignment with established policies and procedures to maintain smooth, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes.

Direct and administer daily production activities to ensure delivery schedules are achieved.

Collaborate with supporting departments or initiate actions to drive projects that improve product performance, quality, cost, and delivery.

Plan, implement, and monitor production requirements to ensure objectives and targets are achieved.

Ensure operators meet designated Units Per Hour (UPH) and optimize material utilization.

Drive continuous improvement efforts to achieve defined KPI targets.

Monitor and control overtime hours and overall operational costs.

Determine competence requirements for personnel handling chemicals, scheduled waste, or tasks with potential environmental impact.
