Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for internal and external defect detection, identification, classification, and prevention
Verify product conformances based on visual inspection, dimensional measurement, and performance measurement (such as in process audits, Blue Tag, and Green Tag Audit including recording GiG system)
Perform all duties related to Quality, including: participation in design reviews, FMEA’s, product improvement teams, internal audit teams, or other efforts used to prevent non-conformance or to develop corrective action.
Function within the guidelines of the latest issue of the Quality Procedure Manual and Work Instructions. Requirements include documentation and recommendation
Interaction with Supplier Quality group and receiving inspection areas to identify and prevent recurrence of non-conforming material as necessary
