A leading chemical manufacturing company located in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Production Manager - Assistant Manager to oversee the operations of the Ester process plant. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with various management system requirements, lead a team, and drive improvements in production processes. Candidates should possess a Degree or Master's in Chemical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in esterification. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.
