- Participate in the implementation of the APS system for textile production, ensuring a smooth transition and efficient utilization.
- Manage and maintain the APS system, staying updated with the latest features and enhancements.
- Capacity Planning and Production Coordination:
- Utilize APS tools to calculate and design production capacity plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Develop and optimize production plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate closely with the production floor, ensuring seamless communication on planned schedules, required capacity, and outstanding schedule reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any issues related to orders.
