Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Create production orders from sales orders into Epicor.
Analyze and decide the best way to produce the job with the help of the Master Spec system.
Estimate job(s) and relevant alternate/value engineering scenarios in a timely, accurate, and economical way for competitive pricing.
Create production layouts, identifying opportunities for combo or tandem runs.
Work with Pre-Make Ready department to verify the tooling availability for all stamping, embossing, debossing, die cutting and blanking orders.
Order die cutting, embossing, and stamping dies as necessary.
Allocate raw materials (board and corrugated) and post availability on Job Approvals.
Obtain samples from retain room for all repeat orders as per the production request form.
Print job tickets and create the job bag with all necessary approved documentation including specs for Estee Lauder and L'Oréal with AD code.
