Key Responsibilities
- Creates and manages efficient manufacturing schedules, ensuring materials, labor, and equipment align with demand to deliver products on time while controlling costs, using strong analytical, communication, and technical skills (ERP/MRP software), focusing on optimization, inventory control, problem-solving, and collaboration across departments like Sales, Procurement, and Production.
- Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed daily/weekly/monthly production plans.
- Resource Coordination: Ensure raw materials, machinery, and labor are available for production runs.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and initiate material orders.
- Demand Planning: Collaborate with the Resource Persons to forecast demand and adjust plans.
