Production Operative (Technical / Labelling)
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative with strong attention to detail and some admin/computer experience to join a busy fresh produce warehouse operation.
The Role:
You will be working as part of the production team, supporting the accurate labelling and dispatch of fresh produce. This is a technical, process-driven role combining computer work with physical tasks in the production team.
Duties include:
- Setting up and printing labels using internal computer systems
- Checking product dates, barcodes, and label accuracy
- Producing and applying tray-end labels
- Completing a high volume of handwritten paperwork
- Labelling bags and products directly on the shop floor
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards
