Production Operators (Solaris)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

The Production Operator is responsible for operating automated test equipment of II‑VI Laser Enterprise. He / She is also accountable for meeting productivity, quality, efficiency, cycle time, and other KPI targets set by immediate superior and management.

Education & Experience

• College Level or a graduate of any 2‑year Technical Course.
• 2-3 years semiconductor assembly and burn‑in/test production experience. Experience in leading a small production team, preferable.

Skills

• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing, assembly and/or burn‑in/test clean room environment preferred.
• Understanding of clean room protocol, procedures required and material safety data sheet (MSDS) preferred.
• Hands‑on attitude, initiative and resourcefulness, a must.
• Able to work independently as well as in a group environment.
