**Job Title: Production Operator**

**Compensation:** $17.50/hour
**Shift:** 1 st / Monday - Friday, 6:15AM – 2:45PM. OT as needed.

Kelly Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Operator to join our team in Tiffin, OH. You will play a vital role in fiberglass production and ensure products meet high-quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Work at presses, assist machine operators, and operate production equipment
+ Remove parts from presses, assemble components, separate parts from scrap, and package parts according to specs
+ Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required
+ Maintain productivity and accuracy goals (100% of target)
+ Prepare packaging materials (totes, skids, bags, boxes), label and organize finished products
+ Keep the work area clean...
