Production Operator
Pay: $29.55 per hour PLUS $2.00 an hour shift differential
Shift & Working Hours: Night Shift; CREW 4- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.
Role Focus:
The Receiving Operator-Milk Hauler is responsible for operation of milk/cream receiving and load outs, truck washing equipment, milk testing equipment and for the proper and positive communication with haulers and coworkers.
In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product.
