Production Operator

Job Description and Shift Details:

Main Duties

- To perform product assembly of medical products
- To perform deflashing and degating of products
- To operate machine
- To perform parts checking & packing

Other Duties

- Operate machine to the required efficiency to meet targeted output levels.

- Perform quality inspection for all products in accordance to specifications indicated on instruction sheets

- Pack and label all products according to specifications

- Inform technician to take correction actions if necessary to ensure that machine or process are under control.

- Perform proper machine hand over to other shifts

- Perform housekeeping and cleaning of work area to ensure neat and tidy working environment.

- Update performance output into the machine production record sheet.

- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
