Ashtabula industrial company is hiring for Pultrusion Operators on 2nd shift. Hours will be Monday-Thursday from 4pm-2:15am. Pay starts out at $ an hour + Up to $2/hr. Production Incentive
Job Summary
The Pultrusion Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring pultrusion machines used in the production of fiberglass or composite materials. This role ensures continuous production line operation, maintains quality standards, and performs routine inspections to verify product dimensions and integrity.
This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
