Impact Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Operative to join one of our clients on a permanent basis in Finedon. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business at a brand-new site, supporting the production of high‑quality bespoke products within a clean and modern workshop environment.

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the assembly process, working on a range of products including windows and doors. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with previous manufacturing experience and a keen eye for detail.
