Key Responsibilities

• Machine operation, assembly, trimming, material handling and inspection.
• Perform semi-skilled production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub‑assembly in accordance with team production goals.
• May perform work manually and/or by machine operation which requires in-depth knowledge of process and constant monitoring.
• Ensure product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem‑solving activities.
• Make machine adjustments and typically manage several variables within the process.
• Maintain procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area.
