Production Operative – Days/Nights (12 Hour Shifts | 4 on / 4 off Rotation)
Location: On-site
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71 per hour + night shift allowance + yearly bonus, increases with training and service
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Production Operative to join our night shift team within a busy manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in producing high-quality extruded products, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Production Duties
Operate, set up, start up, and shut down extrusion production lines
Manufacture, package, and test extruded products
Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Receive, handle, and process raw materials
Complete stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Record production data and ensure accurate product booking
