Production Operative Double Days

Our client, a global leader in automotive glass manufacturing, is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our team in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well‑established company with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and employee development. This position will potentially lead to a permanent contract within the company, after a successful trial period.

Role Details

• Working on a double day shift , rotating weekly
  • Early shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • Late shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
• Carrying out basic maintenance and quality checks
• Working as part of a supportive, fast‑paced team

What We Offer
