About the Role

We are recruiting Production Operatives for a busy industrial greenhouse facility specialising in the cultivation and processing of fresh cress.

This is a busy, hands-on role where you will play a key part in keeping production running smoothly. You'll be working as part of a large team in a high-demand environment, so reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the growing, harvesting, and packing of fresh cress
• Working across different areas of the production line
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
• Meeting production targets in a busy environment
