The Production Operations Supervisor- team leader, acts as a key link between
production operations and management, ensuring alignment between shop floor execution and organizational objectives. The role is responsible for overseeing a team of skilled workers while coordinating production activities, implementing process improvements, and managing short- to mid-term production planning to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of products and services.
