**Position Overview**:
- Support daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation accurately and timely.
- Monitor production and operational data, ensuring information is entered correctly into company systems.
- Coordinate communication between Operations, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments as required.
- Assist with scheduling, tracking, and follow-up of production orders, shipments, and inventory transactions.
- Prepare operational reports and distribute them to management and relevant departments.
- Verify and maintain records related to production performance, attendance, downtime, and operational metrics.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, audits, and operational reviews.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing operational data.
