Production ML Architect & Lead Engineer

SoftServe in Colombia is looking for a dedicated ML Engineering lead to set technical direction and oversee the delivery of production-grade AI systems. This role involves defining technical standards, mentoring engineers, and ensuring scalability and reliability of ML systems.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Python, cloud deployments, and expertise in ML tools like MLflow. A Master’s degree in Computer Science or related is required, along with advanced English proficiency.
