Production Manager

Our client in the Tulbagh area is looking for a highly motivated Production Manager and will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and optimizing all production activities to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective, and compliant manufacturing operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Production Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or a related field


• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Operational Excellence training will be advantageous


• Relevant world-class manufacturing or leadership development certification will be advantageous


• Minimum 5 year's experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment


• Experience in food production / FMCG / packaging / processing environment will be advantageous


• Proven track record in leading teams, improving production performance, and maintaining operational
