ROLE: Production Manager
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
SALARY: £45,000 - £48,500 plus bonus and benefits
BASE: Site Based; UK Doors Midlands - Tipton

We are delighted to be recruiting a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing team, taking ownership of the people, process, production flow and CI for the production and assembly of our garage doors.
WHAT OUR PRODUCTION MANAGERS DO:
Lead, motivate and develop a production team of c10-12 people
Responsibility for production, workflow, efficiency and stock
Hands-on management (c80% on the shop floor) of output, quality and workflow
