Due to expansion of our production operations, we are seeking a Production Manager / Shift Supervisor to ensure efficient shift operations, high product quality, and achievement of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities and shift operations
- Ensure achievement of production plans, output targets, and KPIs
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate production teams
- Monitor equipment utilization and production efficiency
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety rules, and work instructions
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments
