About the role
As the Production Manager at Precisetech Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the production process. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Perai, Penang. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's manufacturing objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives
- Optimizing production processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitoring production performance and taking corrective action as needed to address issues
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
