Drive execution of production schedules, meeting delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost objectives.
Administer labor relations policies, address employee concerns and grievances, and promote harmonious working relationships between supervisors and production employees.
Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and operational standards across the production floor.
Develop and manage annual operating budgets, ensuring adherence to approved limits and proper financial discipline.
