We're working with an exciting manufacturing business looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead a high-performing production team.
💼 The role will involve:
✅ Leading day-to-day production operations
✅ Driving Lean & Continuous Improvement initiatives
✅ Managing and developing production teams
✅ Improving productivity, quality and efficiency
✅ Working closely with Engineering, Quality & Supply Chain
👀 We're looking for someone with:
✔️ Previous Production Management experience
✔️ Strong CNC / precision manufacturing knowledge
✔️ Excellent leadership and people management skills
✔️ A passion for driving operational excellence
