We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join a successful and growing manufacturing business based in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day workshop operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The business specialises in producing high-quality bespoke products for prestigious commercial and residential projects, working on impressive developments including major corporate offices and luxury properties.
Location: Kettering
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x
Duties:
Lead and manage daily factory operations, overseeing a team of 11 employees across CNC Machining, Polishing, Saw Operations and Yard functions.
