We are hiring a Production Planner & Coordinator for our furniture manufacturing facility. The role involves planning daily production, coordinating with workshop and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely completion of customer orders with proper material availability.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and stores teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure raw material, fabric, and hardware availability before production starts.
- Monitor production progress and report delays or issues.
- Maintain work-in-process (WIP) tracking and basic production records.
- Update production status and expected completion dates to management.
- Support quality control to reduce rework and wastage.
