About the Company
Blaze Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an established Australian dairy and food manufacturing business located in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
The business produces high-quality dairy products and is entering an important phase of operational improvement, structure and growth. They are now seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day production across processing, manufacturing and packaging operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced production leader with strong food manufacturing experience, ideally within dairy, who can drive safety, quality, efficiency and team performance.
You will lead production supervisors and operators across a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while working closely with planning, quality, maintenance, supply chain and senior management.
