Salary: 50K - 75K
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end food production operations.
2. Plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
3. Maintain quality standards, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
4. Optimize productivity, manpower, and manufacturing costs.
5. Coordinate with procurement, quality, and warehouse teams.
6. Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.
