Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all production activities, policies, procedures, and departmental performance.
- Drive customer and management KPIs and implement effective corrective actions when targets are not achieved.
- Ensure risk assessments, 5S standards, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives are maintained.
- Develop, mentor, and support Shift Leaders and technical specialists.
- Promote sound employee relations and ensure adequate staffing to meet operational requirements.
- Lead customer complaint resolution, corrective actions, and audit findings using structured problem-solving methodologies such as PDCA, DMAIC, 8D, and A3.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production, quality, tooling, and machine-related issues.
