Job Overview

Reporting to the Vice‑President as the Production Manager, you are responsible for ensuring kitchen cabinets and closets are manufactured accurately, efficiently and safely. You lead and plan priorities and workflows to continuously improve processes, tools and machinery.

Your Day‑to‑day Responsibilities

• Providing ongoing training, development, supervision and guidance to team members.
• Promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety programs.
• Ensuring proper storage, handling and relieving of inventory to maintain accurate on‑hand information.
• Planning, organizing and overseeing daily production activities.
