W Talent are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing UK manufacturer specialising in the production of fire-rated entrance doors supplied into the social housing, residential, healthcare, education and commercial sectors.
Following significant growth and continued investment, the business is entering a transformative phase, including a move into a larger manufacturing facility and ambitious plans to increase production output substantially over the coming years. This role offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role within a fast-paced, bespoke manufacturing environment where quality, customer satisfaction and operational excellence are central to success.
The business currently operates a 24-hour production facility, manufacturing bespoke products to short lead times, with a strong focus on improving efficiency, standardising processes and building a high-performance culture.
