The Production Manager is a key member of EagleCraft’s Senior Leadership Team and plays a critical role in driving execution, developing leaders, improving systems, and ensuring successful boat delivery from start to finish.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on operational leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, values accountability, and enjoys building strong teams and systems.
