Production Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a major manufacturing brand in their search for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will report into the Plant Manager, and have overall responsibility for the value stream on site, sitting at the heart of a busy, complex, fast paced manufacturing operation. This role will suit an experienced Production Manager who has overseen the manufacturing of high-quality parts in a large factory/operation.

The Role

As Production Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day manufacturing output. You will lead a team of supervisors and team leaders, drive performance across OTD, OAE, quality, and safety metrics, and act as the senior operations voice on site during your shift.
