Production Manager to join our production department in
Bielsko-Biała, Poland.
What a typical day looks like:Organize and supervise the work of production department focused on low voltage equipment.Participate in launching new production lines, implementing standards and procedures in line with ISO.Plan and deliver production targets in terms of quality, timeliness, and cost.Coordinate subcontractors’ work related to installation and integration of product components, including schedule planning and technical/organizational arrangements.Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, planning, logistics, and maintenance teams.Prepare status reports, react to delays, and initiate corrective actions.Build and develop the team (recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation).Conduct cost analysis, prepare budget ...
