Production Manager Backplanes (Mexicali)

Reporting to the Operations Manager within the Cable Backplanes Operation, the Production Manager Primary focus is to achieve production and customer commit plans, while maintaining manufacturing world class practices related to safety standards, process and product quality controls, customer requirements and on time delivery.

The production manager is responsible for talent development, continuous improvement, and positive work environment of the production department.
