As the Production Manager, you will report directly to the Vice-President and oversee all kitchen cabinet and closet production. This leadership role requires at least three years of experience in production management, preferably in related industries such as cabinetmaking or woodworking. You'll be responsible for training staff, ensuring safety compliance, managing inventory, and maintaining production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing training and guidance to production teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Organize and oversee all daily production activities
• Monitor production schedules to meet quality standards
• Liaise with Quality Control to resolve issues
