Production Maintenance Supervisor

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of electromechanical maintenance technicians responsible for maintaining and testing equipment within our Toner Process operation. You will ensure all preventative maintenance is completed on schedule and in accordance with established standards, while also managing inventory and maintaining adequate spare parts levels.

• The Maintenance Supervisor will:
• Model the “safety first” behaviors we expect of all employees by ensuring that operational procedures and processes are performed safely and provide a safe work environment.
• Review and prioritize work orders and assigns technicians; create preventive maintenance schedule and execute the plan.  Make routine adjustments to work assignments, work processes, and/or maintenance equipment to meet schedules and targets while maintaining QCDSE standards.
