Production Line Supervisor

A Cape Town-based advanced materials manufacturer is seeking an experienced Production Line Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in a fast-paced GMP-regulated environment in Montague Gardens.

This is a 3-month contract role and involves supervising production teams, ensuring output and quality targets are met, and maintaining disciplined, efficient, and safe production line operations.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 (minimum requirement)


• 3–5 years’ experience supervising a production line, shift, or manufacturing team


• Experience in a small to medium manufacturing environment


• Exposure to GMP, ISO, medical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, technical textile, packaging, or regulated manufacturing environments advantageous
