Production Line Supervisor

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 (minimum requirement)
• 35 years experience supervising a production line, shift, or manufacturing team
• Experience in a small to medium manufacturing environment
• Exposure to GMP, ISO, medical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, technical textile, packaging, or regulated manufacturing environments advantageous
• Strong understanding of production flow, line discipline, quality control, documentation, housekeeping, and safety standards
• Ability to manage operators, general workers, and contract staff effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear, structured instructions
• High attention to detail with strong follow-through and escalation ability
• Computer literacy (Google Workspace advantageous)
