Production Line Operator — Cleanroom & 12-Hour Shifts

3M is seeking a Production Operator in Singapore to achieve quality and quantity targets on the production line. You will perform line set-up and changeover, monitor material levels, and ensure equipment is configured to product specifications.

The role requires strong English communication, physical fitness, and willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts in a chemical/cleanroom setting. Experience in a related environment is advantageous.
