Job Description
The Production Line Leader is responsible for compliance with the production goals previously established, by the proper management and coordination of a team, using the good manufacturing practices and good behavior of the group of work. His/her responsibility is to ensure the correct use of all resources such as human, materials, machines, time, and others.
Assure that manufacturing operations follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Procedures as defined by Nordson Medical’s polices ensuring that FDA and Quality Standards are met.
- Supervise personnel and makes sure to maintain harmony and communication between the members. At the same time, the line chief is responsible to ask for disciplinary reports when is needed.
- Assures that all equipment, fixtures, tools, gauges, ext. have complete maintenance and inspection records prior to beginning a new manufacturing order.
