We currently have an opportunity for a Production Line Leader at our site in Desborough. This key role will ensure that the production line maximises utilisation and operates safely and efficiently, meeting daily targets and quality standards.
Type: Permanent Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday rotating shifts (06:00‑14:00 and 14:00‑22:00).
Salary: £31,398.96.
Responsibilities
- Reporting and communicating all issues affecting production effectively.
- Ensuring finished products and donor stocks maintain traceability in accordance with IPS Production and Quality Procedures.
- Motivating a team of people to meet production targets.
- Ensuring the final product meets client specifications (SPI).
- Maximising production efficiency to meet hourly/daily plans.
