Position Summary
The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the CFS production floor, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role provides hands-on leadership for production associates, coordinates workflow across provisioning, asset tagging, etching, quality control, and shipping functions, and drives performance against productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct daily production floor activities to ensure customer commitments and SLAs are met.
Assign work, monitor productivity, and balance labor resources across all production functions.
