Production Lead – Modular & Door Manufacturing Location: Pune, Maharashtra Department: Operations Reports To: Operations Head / CEO Experience: 8–12 years Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Production Lead to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across our modular and door production lines . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring on-time delivery, consistent quality output, optimal utilization of machines and manpower, and a culture of continuous improvement and safety on the shop floor.
