**Job Description**
The Production Lead – 3rd Shift operates and oversees multiple pieces of production line equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role leads the assembly and disassembly of production line equipment, supports basic labor arrangement on food production lines under the direction of supervisors and managers, and ensures that safety, quality, and production procedures are consistently followed. The Production Lead also documents key production information and provides on-the-job training and guidance to production line employees.
